These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Splot, a software-as-a-service platform operated by Splot (Gotowi sp. z o.o.) ("Splot", "we", "us", or "our").
Splot provides tools that allow users to connect, synchronize, and work with data from third-party services within a unified workspace (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, including by creating an account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Free trials may be modified or terminated at any time and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service (“User Data”).
By using the Service, you grant Splot a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit User Data and to connect any third-party services.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, integrations, or plans.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your use poses a legal, security, or operational risk, or if required by law.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Data) remain with Splot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Splot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Splot regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
